Due to special raw materials Additin RC 3760 has multifunctional properties, i.e. it can be used as an antiwear, EP and anticorrosion additive. Additin RC 3760 is ideally suited for formulating ashless lubricants of which a high load carrying capacity (FZG) is required.
Additin RC 3760 is NSF registered (Reg.-No. 127808). It is acceptable as an ingredient for use in lubricants with incidental food contact (HX-1) for use in and around food processing areas. Additin RC 3760 is in compliance with § 178.3570 according to U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulations (lubricants with incidental food contact).
Soluble in mineral oils and synthetic base oils. However, it is necessary to verify the solubility in the base oils used and the compatibility with other additives.
