Additin RC 9720 is an ashless chlorine free additive package with extreme pressure, anti wear, lubricity and corrosion protection performance. To formulate metalworking fluids suitable for the following materials: yellow metals, aluminium alloys without corrosion problems, all types of carbon steel, stainless steel and titanium alloys. Dosage recommendation of RC 9720 for the formulation of metalworking fluids is 2% - 20% by weight in basefluids with viscosities adjusted to the process requirements.
It is recommended to evaluate the suitability of the formulation in field trials.
Soluble in most mineral oils and synthetic base oils. However, it is necessary to verify the solubility in the base oils used and the compatibility with other additives.
