N5399X is a Premium additive package base for formulating soluble oil concentrates
When blended with naphtenic base oils is excellent to prepare O/W emulsions type and use it as coolant in multipurpose machining operations, it is suitable for use in naphtenic base oils having viscosities about 100 SUS @ 37.8°C
Excellent emulsion stability and lubricity minimizing tool wear even in 30 dH° water (650 ppm total hard water) have been obtained with outstanding anticorrosion properties according to DIN 51360 part 2 (Herbert Test)

200 ppm of Fongrabac N is recommended to use as biocide in final customer´s emulsion
We recommend to use HP732 antifoam
When handling this product a MAXIMUM temperature of 40°C should be observed for storage, unloading and blending. However, it is strongly recommended that for long term storage the temperature should not exceed 30°C.
